A NEW option for all our 4POS users!

4POS Enterprise is intended for customers with Mulitple branches to allow them to do price changes over the "Cloud" - our website!

Afternoon.

I am very interested in these 4POS Enterprise package.

What are the arrangement for me to come for training on these, including 4LODGE, 4LIQOUR?

I went through training with NTS RSA - and have already done about 12 installations on 4POS - 4 which  i did on networking the Terminal and Server.

Newly added - get a consolidated product performance report for all your branches.

You are also able to view the product performance in the cloud by branch.

Costs has been updated. R200 per branch per YEAR!

We do however charge a R1000 flat fee to set it up with the customer & test the process with them.

For our dealers - talk to us about sharing in the new growth!

20 companies with over 50 branches are already part of this!

What does 6 monthly subscription mean if the fee is annual?

Hi Guys

Regarding 4POS Enterprise.....

1. Does it require another 4POS licence (for the recipient/Head Office pc or user)?
2. Are there any setup fees or merely R150.00 per month?
3. Any T's & C's I need to know about?

New idea for 4POSEnterprise :

Scenario :

You have 1 "office" / Main computer (Now called "Office") & a remote or multiple remote pc's.

Assume you have a pc at home or your main office where you do all your admin. You have a shop running 1 terminal - or even multiple terminals remotely...

You still need 1 x 4POS licence per pc.

But...

You will now configure all your licences on your "Office" for all terminals.

1. These terminals will be marked as 4POSEnterprise terminals.
2. Each can have the same or individual warehouses.

So, on the "Office" you will do all admin, promotions, stock control, GRV's in other words - ALL 4POS admin tasks!

You can then "upload" changes to 4POSEnterprise server - this will automatic if any terminals selected as 4POSEnterprise terminals & be part of your standard Update POS process.

Changes will be stored in the cloud.. for download by the terminals.

Now for the terminals - All sales to be recorded as normal. (If you are using 4POSTouch, your 4POSTouch will be configured as "Always run offline")

At time of cashup - transactions will be used to calculate takings & cashup performed. An upload to the cloud will be done automatically & POS will be ready for next day / next shift transactions!

Back at your "Office" - all sales transactions will be downloaded & updated as if the POS terminal is a local terminal! One dayend with all relevant sales & stock figures will still be available.
