Logo on slip

Hi there!

How do you put the logo on the slip?
I did make sure the logo box is ticked

To print your logo on the A4-invoices, simply copy your logo to the 4POS folder with a name called 4POSLogo.bmp Obviously you need to play around with the sizing etc.....

To print your logo on your receipts, simply copy your logo to the 4POS folder with a name called 4POSLogoslip.bmp Obviously you need to play around with the sizing etc.....

Also, on your receipts, ensure you have the proper driver loaded & your configuration in 4POS :

On 4POSScan - Ctrl-C
On 4POSTouch - Option Menu - Ctrl-C

Then : Option 3  "Print Graphics" is ticked & "Print Logo" is ticked.

Can you please explain in detail how to add the logo; is there a specific size required for the logo. I would like it to appear on the A4 Printout right at the top of the company name:

I have tried:-

-naming the logo to 4POSLogo.bmp making sure that it is actually that extension.
-placed it in C:\4POS\
-made sure Print graphics and Print Logo is checked.
- I refreshed the back office, control and scan but to no avail.

Please make a video about or explain in detail where to place the file and how to make sure that it will actually appear on the printout.

Update: Logo appears when using 4POStouch but doesn't not show when using 4POSscan.

Double checked filenames: 4POSLogo.bmp 4POSLogoslip.bmp

All of the prints have been tested & double tested.

Every day we get emails stating that this or that is not working. The only way to KNOW what you have done incorrectly is to log in & assist.

Just an update on this....

Logged in & found that the 4POS folder was not showing the full file name (Hidden file type)

So actually the files were called 4poslogoslip.bmp.bmp & 4poslogo.bmp.bmp
