 :( I have loaded all my products and set the menu in the server, they display well in the server in the Touch Mode as well as the Scan mode but they are not there in the Till when you use the Scan Mode. You can see them in the Till when you use the scan mode. What could be causing these?

Sounds as if you have changed the barcodes of the item AFTER it was created as a button.

When you click on the button - does it bring up the search?

If so - ensure the barcode (item number) of the item is the same in the backoffice.

Nope i didnt change the barcode. Even the guy who does support for Botswana he couldnt give me answers for that.
