I am using the default cashier logon, and for some reason I am unable to setup printers on 4pos even though I keep selecting using Cntr+C and it still says: No printer installed.

What am I doing wrong?

Your user permissions are not allowing 4POS to save the settings.

You must run the 4POSScan as administrator.
