POS not connecting to the back office

Hi I shall appreciate it if anybody can point me in the right direction. Normally the server path \\Server\c\4POSServer showed on top of my 5POS devices - now it is only shows waiting..... All are connected to the domain controller and post as normal. I however can`t go into my accounts and also cant do cash-ups. Thanks

Networking issue - re-check all & open backoffice on the POS machines to see if it still allows you to open...

If not, start by going through all the basics as per our networking videos.

Hi thanks for your reply. I got it right at last. It seems however I have conflicting drivers also on a new installation that was done 13/12/2016 and am I running out of time to get somebody WILLING and ABLE to assist. This is really a bad time of the year to struggle after a new server installation. Thanks again for your prompt reply

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I've checked the networking side of it and it seems to be in order. Is there anything else I can try?

We have added every possible eventuality in the 4POSManual.

We can only assist over Teamviewer to do exactly the same steps...

Costs are R800 per pc..
