All versions prior to 20.4.1 will show Please correct your system date...

Change your PC date to 1/4/2020 (1st of April 2020)

Now open 4POSBackoffice & allow the critical update to download & run...

Once completed, change your date back to the current date...

You can set up your Kitchen printer to print to eg. SLIP (The receipt printer at the till)

You can then rename the receipt printers on both to SLIP & the orders will print there...

Once you have completed an order, 4POS will print a "proforma" invoice with space to enter the gratuity.

After payment, the receipt will be a "Tax Invoice"

Sorry. I am new to this . I need help to setup a bar/restaurant waitron print. The client wants the waitron to print an order slip with only the items at whatever station they are at(2 Stations) and thereafter the bill which should be followed by a receipt once the client has paid. I am having an issue with the first slip print as this needs to print at the till the waitron is at at not to a kitchen printer.

Please help.

Doing a Windows "Repair" on your 4POS.

It is critical that you have a backup to do this option!

1. Go into control Panel - programs & Features
2. Click on 4POS & select repair
3. 4POS will now be reset to a "Demo" version
4. Open 4POSBackOffice register LATER!
5. Under utilities, restore your LATEST 4POSBackup (Master password explained in the 4POS Manual!)
6. Reopen 4POSBackoffice & Check your data!
7. Open 4POSController
8. Do an Update POS - Update all from your 4POSBackoffice
9. Open 4POSScan / 4POSTouch


Ps. If you have missing sales transactions, they can be retrieved from c:\4posserver\data\Server or any of the POS folders. Suggest you ask a qualified 4POS Tech to assist. (obviously not for free)

Also, ALL backoffice price changes, settings, Customer & Supplier info that you have done SINCE the backup will have to be redone!
