Good day.

When I try to do a cash sale, I get the following message: "Same waitron is busy with point of sale #1"
How do I fix this?

it means you are using same password on another till.

Hi There

I have no idea where to post this, so apologies if this is the wrong place. I am running the latest version of 4POS on all machines and server. We upgraded from an older release using the SQL upgrade. All works correctly except when we do a cashup, we can print the slip, but when we finalise we get the error,
"Unhandled exception, index out of bounds in array". This results in it not registering cashup on server, and therefore I cannot run day end or month end.

Error uploaded for interest...

Please assist, I have tried all FAQ and tutorials...

It is possible that you have large quantities in your sales table which is causing the error.

We have had instances where the value of a sale was in the database with 16 digits.

Would only be able to assist with Teamviewer to determine...

From January 2019 it will be R950..

Good day would like to ask if there is a way of printing shelf talker for other sales channels? so as to cater for wholesale and retail prices in one shop.

Not sure I understand.

How would you differentiate between Wholesale & retail labels?

Surely it is better to handle through your shrinks?
