Notification :

4POS now requires licencing on all PC's linked to the 4POS system.

Unlicenced backoffice pc's are no longer supported.

This has become neccessary due to all development done on the backoffice re SQL, Stock Control functionality, APP's etc.

From version 18.6.4 all App's & backoffice will be licenced with a voucher code & no other method.

We are confident that all users will understand the necessity.

When registering your additional terminal / backoffice, ensure that the IP Address / PC name matches the PC which you will use the "link" / Access the 4POS server.

Eg. If the registered IP address is 10.0.0.10 & you then try to connect from a pc with an ip address of 10.0.0.20 - 4POS will not allow you & state "You are attempting to access the 4POS database from a PC that is not registered...."

Rather change the IP address to the PC name (POS1 or admin or .... ) that you are connecting & ensure that is the PC name of the terminal...
