hi leanne

when i  go to history it does not show me the description of the item as when i scanned it anywhere on that page / statement. i find i have to manually enter the description a second time when actually completing the customer details ???

van anyone kindly assist..

It is critical that you run version 18.5.1

We are not developing on any other version anymore. The "move" issue has been resolved months ago.

Hello,

I was on the chat recently with an issue and it is still continuing.

I did the 4POSSqlExeUpgrades and when I tried to open the backoffice a message came up saying cannot find location. I was advised on the chat to download an earlier update which I apparently had not done and then return to do the more recent update. After downloading the earlier download I am still not able to open the backoffice; I am still getting the message location cannot be found. Also when I try to open the domain controller it says the domain controller must be open from the server. I am completely lost and not sure what I must do next. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

We are redeveloping the barcode printing & design.

Should be ready in the next week.

Obviously that is only for version 18.4 or later...

Hi Markus.

On the Barcode Printing we are not able to use the 4POSBarcode.exe file anymore after upgrading to the much improved new and great SQL version.
We use this as it allows the offset on printing for the Bixolon Barcode Printer (SRP-770).

If we use the Barcode Printing option in the BackOffice it does not give us the desired results to allign the printed text.
As soon as I create a new barcode and try to change the allignment I get the BOF-EOF error.

Any advice ?
