All 4POS equipment has been extensively tested & gone through days of Burn-in-processes.Given that, we expect any issues that you may enquire to be a result of the environment into which it is installed & used.Please email us or open a chat on our site to discuss any issues.In the event that the problem cannot be resolved, we will issue a case number that must be quoted on your return of the product.This return Policy EXCLUDES any software.The delivery costs would be for the customer’s account.All products to be returned in the original packaging “like new”.A 10 % handling fee will be charged on hardware returns with no fault.Software is non-returnable.
