CASHIER NOT BEING ABLE TO OPEN TILL!!

HI THERE,I AM  ABIT PUZZLED,WHEN THIS SPECIFIC CASHIER LOGS ON ,DOES A TRANSACTION THE TILL DRAWER DOES NOT OPEN BUT THE TRANSACTION GOES THROUGH. SHE NEEDS TO USE A KEY. BUT IF ANY OTHER CASHIER LOGS ON THAT TILL THE DRAWER OPENS. I HV CHECKED THE EMPLOYER SETTINGS IV SELECTED ALL FEATURES ON POS.BUT STILL DOES NOT OPEN. ANY SUGGESTIONS!!

Yes, you have selected the wrong drawer for this cashier. On the employee detail screen - bottom right it prompts you for the drawer number. Select drawer #1.

This option has been added to cater for 2 drawers per POS system. Typically used in a BAR / Nightclub, so each barman can have his own cash drawer.
