Hi Guys
Previously I used to get this error once a month or so. But now I am getting this every day. It is getting really worrying for us and creating a bad rep among our customers too.
The amount as per the debtors statement will say they owe us amount X, but when we look at the detailed statement it will show amount Y.
Please can you look into this matter ASAP and assist.
