Hi Markus,
I have a client that cant run a day end - the BackOffice reports the declaration has not been done on the terminal, but I have done it myself.
I have upgraded them to the June release of 4POS, but the problem persists.
What can I do next?

It happens when your POS declaration number & the actual declaration is not in sync. I have found this to happen when you change POS numbers around on the system. Is this what happened?

I dont think so, the client is in Oudtshoorn, I am not sure what happened, they have two machines, a server and a retail POS? What can I do to solve the problem?

i have my system that conducts all the sales but wont do a day end and produce daily reports please assist

What error / problem do you get when trying to do a dayend? The more detail you give us - the easier to find the solution.
