Im getting this error on some of my debtors accounts when i go to check there statements.[]Aging does not match total balance!R20576.8233. [/b](But on the statement outstanding balance =R20576.95)

Rui, this comes in when your ageing on your debtors do not match the actual balance on a debtor. We have now enabled the debtors ageing for you, so simply click on the ageing & correct the balance/s that are incorrect. Please ensure that you do a Debtors recon on those accounts to ensure you don't miss anything!

Could I please ask for your assistance to the following problem,
"Aging does not match with total Balance!" When I try to disable this customer from point of sale it gives me this error.

Hi
Somewhere your debtors balance went out of sync.
The message is that the balance on the statement does not balance with the ageing of the account.
View the statement & adjust the ageing accordingly.
Eg. Let's say the statement total is R100, ensure that the ageing (current + 30days + 60days + 90days + 120days) add up to R100. if not - change it on the screen.
