Go to 4POS Backoffice - Go to Utilities - Zeroise Stock quantity- You will need to enter in the special maintenance password. This is NOT YOUR NORMAL PASSWORD! Please contact your dealer to get this password. (Hint - it is the password with two ## in it)

I have followed the instructions in your How to Video.... and entered 23##17 (today's date) ...getting message PW incorrect....
Did I misunderstand the Video instructions?
