I have a problem where when I try to sell airtime the POS reports no stock, but when I take a report on back office it reports ample stock.
Also when canceling a 4AIR sale before prossesing it the airtime voucher is not returned to stock on the server.

Please give me a call on Monday to log into your system & have a look at your stock figures.
In 4POS, the stock is only deducted once the sale is completed & the voucher produced. You can obviously not "Reverse" an airtime invoice.
Therefore, there is no "Putting back into stock" of the airtime voucher.

Agreed, but it should be possible to void the line "sale" before prossesing it and then not have the voucher deduted from stock.
The problem has now also escalated and seems no longer to be limeted to airtime stock. Other stock are dropping off the system
from the POS point of view and showing obviously wrong levels.

Hi, My printer messed up when printing an airtime pin number. When I choose to reprint the transaction the airtime pin code slip no longer reprints. How can I reprint the pin code now?

It is not a problem but rather a feature...
Immediately after the sale it can be reprinted with Ctrl-P
Cannot be reprint from the reprint transactions...
Imagine how many pins can be hijacked if that was allowed...
