Title: My items are not showing on my 4POS Scanning or Touch Screen system.

4POS consists of 3 sections.

4POSBackoffice - which you use to create  or edit your database,
4POSController - the interface that will update the POS system with the changes made,
& 4POSScan & 4POSTouch - where the actual sales transaction will take place.

Once you have made changes to the database, Select "Update point of Sale" in the backoffice, select option 3 - "Update all" & then Update POS on the TOP of the next screen.

Once you have given the 4POS controller a minute or two to update all changes to the POS / Touch system, your products will be available for selection in the POS / Touch system.

If you are searching in 4POSScan & you only see some (First 50) of your items - that is NORMAL!! Don't panic!

To speed up the search - only the first 50 will be displayed. Even you are looking for a specific product - simply type in the description Eg. Wilson Toffees & as you type 4POS will search for the product.

The same applies to 4POSTouch when adding new buttons.
