Title: My 4POS reports are not displaying properly & printing to my receipt printer.

In the 4POSOffice program, 4POS will automatically use the "Default" printer as the printer to use for the page size etc. Please ensure that your default printer is set to an A4 printer & that the paper size is A4 & nothing else!

if you do not have an A4 printer installed, simply install ANY A4 printer onto your Windows system, eg. Panasonic KXP 1081 & 4POS will show your reports perfectly.

How do you change your default printer to an A4 printer?

Go into your Windows control panel.

Easiest on win10 is to click on your Window logo bottom left & type in CONTROL

In the control panel - select display as small icons & then devices & printers (As Attached)

In the devices & printers - right click on any A4 printer & select "Set as Default"
