Yes, you can! Simply install a PDF writer program like CutePDF onto your system. Set this printer-program as the default printer, and 4POS will create the PDF file that you can simply attach to your email. You can get CutePDF here : http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp

4POS Versions after 20.2 now allow orders, statement, Invoices to be mailed from 4POS
