Title: Gift Vouchers on 4Pos?

Can you please tell me how to issue Gift Vouchers on 4Pos Point of sale?  I have customers that want to buy gift vouchers for their loved ones.

Is it possible for the system to issue a Gift voucher on its own.  I was away during December and it happened twice, when my assistants cash up at the end of the day it prints out a slip with a Gift Voucher number of R80-00 that was issued.  Then of course there is R80-00 short in the till.  Apparently they do not know how did that happen, they say they did not issue any  gift vouchers.  

I don’t even know how to issue a gift voucher myself, and will be glad to know how to do it.

You would create the voucher as a deposit in your back office STOCK/CREATE EDIT  OTHER MAINTENANCE  MAINTAIN DEPOSITS
You can create a quick key that you will press in your POS  ;)
