-->go into your back office and go to utilities --> stock Take Utility --> You will scan the items and put in the quantity--> Then save and Exit

--> Go to Stock Take --> Stock take adjustments --> double click on handheld and the date--> Will update your stock

When purchasing stock you will have to go to order processing, then process a GRV.

Hi

Would you please be so kind as to advice where I can have a look at how much stock I have left in the system.

Also we have started trading before the amount of stock was entered is there any way to correct all the - amounts on the reports.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards

Quite a few places....

1. Stock Create / Edit - click on the product & then click on History
2. Stock take - Print current stock holding or Print current stock value - even has an option to print the value at cost or retail!
3. Dashboard menu - Print stock value detail - this is for the date that you have selected though!

Please use the manuals & training videos on your 4POS CD.
