Title: Touch Cashout Screen

Not sure weather you are aware of it, but when you cash out a table on the Touch pos it does not open the window completely. The part with the gratuity buttons is hidden and you have to drag the screen open with your mouse to reveal it (it took me about a month to realize this (by accident one day)).
Is there a way you can fix it, please?
Also with the new upgrade the waitron cashup slips don't print correctly anymore...very hard to make out as there are numbers where letters should be in some places.
Must say I'm getting a bit tired of struggling with this system the whole time.

Thanks, I see the cashout screen has been fixed with the newest upgrade...waitron cashup slips still a mess, though.

4POSTouch works perfectly with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. We cannot cater for all the diffent options out there unfortunately. What is a mess about the cashup slip? Please ensure you install the proper driver for your printer & even select "Print Graphics" on your configuration screen to change the layout.
