Title: Total Purchases excluding VAT is more than Total Purchases including VAT

Please can someone help me. i have this database which is bringing in Total Purchases excluding VAT amount which is more than the Total Purchases including VAT amount under VAT Report. It should be the opposite. What could be causing this? As for Sales its fine.
