Answer:
The problem is that when you save a spreadsheet as a "CSV" file & re-open it, the barcodes are displayed as a number & because it is so large it is showing as +2.340404....
You need to Highlight the barcode column --> right click --> Format Cells --> Go to number, make sure that separator decimal places is on 0 and un-click the tick - use 1000 separator
