Title: Receipt Details Problem

I have the following Problem with the Details on My Receipt Printing it is rather urgent Markus can you maybe assist?
1.  My Company Name on the slip is bigger than the rest of the info on the slip and it also doesn't start on the left hand side of the paper slip, it starts in the middle thus instead of the Name : "Shabula Lodge" that must be printed on the slip it only prints: "Shabula Lo" cutting of the rest because it is the end of the paper on the right hand side. i have looked at the paper size in the printer setting but everything looks fine?

Which type of printer do you have and what drivers have you installed?

The GSAN 580 The Only Printer Driver I have Installed was the one on the Hard Drive under cd4pos

Your BMP is slo small I can't even read it on 400x !

Please either email me a better copy or posit it here again.

Have you selected "Print Graphics" on the configuration of the POS? If no - please try it & let me know.
