My barcodes that I captured are all correct. When I print, some of them are in a totally different format and do not scan at all.
Please see the attached example. Those on the right are correct. How do I rectify this problem? Thanks!

As explained in your email - you created an item with 12 digits in the barcode field & not 13. So, 4POS is trying to print an EAN-13 barcode but cant.....
