How do I maintain the VOID & LOGOUT Reason in 4POS Scanning. I would like to be able to enter a Void reason for Voids to be able to pull a report to see why Voids was done. The report function is in the backoffice menu, but no reasons why it was done. I would say that this is an important function to check the employees and what mistakes they make or why the client do not want sertain products due to pricing issues, eg: wrong price on the shelf or not enough money or card declined or whatever the reason may be.

4POS Scan dos not allow you to enter the void reasons as in a retails environment the transaction speed is typically too high to allow reasons.
