Title: 4pos Lay Bye Item Transactions

I have been trying to filter customer details transactions reports. I have only seen that it shows Lay Bye transactions but there is no report to show what was purchased. Does a Lay Bye item get deducted when the Lay Bye is initiated. Also New Balance and Previous Balance are not showing correct on the till slips. Any help?

Hi

You can check what was purchased by going to Debtors --> view customer history

Once the lay bye is paid in full, it goes out of stock

hi leanne

when i  go to history it does not show me the description of the item as when i scanned it anywhere on that page / statement. i find i have to manually enter the description a second time when actually completing the customer details ???

van anyone kindly assist..
