Good day fellow 4POS Software users.

I would like to inform you about a work around with the Bixolon SRP-350II in the 4POSSCAN Software that prints one slip then stops or prints garble text.

You should ignore the option to install the drivers that you got with your Bixolon SRP-350II slip printer and follow the following steps:

• Go to Devices and Printers
• Add Printer
• Select add local printer
• USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB) { This depends on how you have connected your Bixolon printer to your POS computer}
• Click Next
• Scroll down to Generic
• Select Generic/Text Only
• Click next
• Give the printer a name
• You can then decide if you want to share the printer or not.
• Click next
• Click Finish
• Right click on newly installed printer and go to Printer Preferences
• Select Paper/Quality
• Then click on advanced
• Then choose paper size B4(JIS) under Paper/Output

That should sort your problem out untill Bixolon can work on their printer drivers.
