There are three steps that could be required if this happens.
1. If you have just done a month-end - simply do an "Update POS" & reload your reports.
2. If the problem persists, close the 4POSOffice program. Explore your computer to c:\4posserver. Delete all files that starts with Reportx.mdb eg. Report2.mdb, Report3.mdb...... Report20.mdb
3. If you still have a problem, it might mean that the template report have become corrupted. Explore your computer to the c:\4posupgrades folder. Copy the file c:\4posupgrades\templatereport.mdb to c:\4posserver. If you do not have a c:\4posupgrades folder on your PC - you can download the upgrades from the website.
