Title: Blind Stock Take

Hi,

Can I do a "Blind Stocktake"?

Basically I want the Barman to be able to print a blank stock sheet, do his stock take after hours, read it into the system blindly, and have the manager verify, submit and print discrepancies on the stock the next morning.

The reason is purely for security purposes, I dont want the potenial thief trying to cover his tracks by seeing he made a mistake during sales/stocktake.

In the 4POSbackOffice - under Store setup - go into general parameters & select - Do not print quantity on Stock Take - this will then print blank....
