Title: New Promotion button not available

Does anyone have any idea how to get my "New" button to reappear under "Maintain Promotions"?

There are no option for "New promotion" promotions should come up as "Unused"

What is the support number? I phoned an 081 number, but either the phone was off or it was the wrong number.

Our support number is =27 (081) 298-4461.

Unfortunately we get about 300 calls a day, so sometimes it would seem that we don't care....

That is also why we cannot do training by phone & ask customers to organise training. Without training it is as if you are driving a Ferrari but only using the 1st gear!
