Please help with the above matter.

We want to load our new stock and I don't want to delete the current stock one by one.

How can I delete the whole batch?

Admin: It is important to understand WHY 4POS does not have a "Delete" option. The 4POS system is based on the "Scale concept - Stock=Monies. So, if you were able to delete a stock item & you had ANY history on that item for whatever period - where would the money go?

In other words, you have now built up Purchases & sales for an item that suddenly disappear - how can you justify any reports?

So, Leanne's way is 1 option :

You will have to go to your back office - Stock Create Edit - Double click on amend Stock item by detail - double click on the item, tick disable and discontinue and then create a stock group called deleted items.

If you want to make the stock 0 - Go to stock take - stock take adjustments go to deleted items and make the stock quantity 0

This way at least there will be a paper trail for the stock shrinkage! Also imagine that if you can delete items, so can your staff!
