Can you please help me? I did a stocktake with my handheld scanner, imported the csv file under utilities, import stocktake. Got a message that the file was extracted successfully. I then went to stock take - stock take adjustments and look for the name - handheld20130404, double clicked on it. A window then showed me all the products, with the correct quantities from the stocktake. After this, I went to the departments, eg Brandy, and when I click on print difference, I get a report with the following message - The report you requested has no data to display. I then created my own csv file, with just one product code, and a quantity of 1000. I then imported this, as mentioned above, and again it showed the correct quantity in the stock take adjustment window. Again I went and print difference, but still got the same message about no data to display. Am I doing something wrong? I really need this to work, as I suspect that one of my staff members are stealing, and I am planning to do a stock take next week as well, to see what is missing.
Thanks in advance

As discussed telephonically....
When you do stock adjustments from an imported file, it cannot show the difference as it is only handling the imported items & NOT a stock group!
However....
You can always print a stock variance report under Reporting - Sales Dashboard menu.
Also - have a look at Analytical - Stock movement detail & summary reports.
