Only after restarting the pc can they continue using 4pos. They tell me that its only when they try to use 4 pos
Have you ever experienced this problem and if you have could you share some of the solutions to this problem

It doesn’t make sense. When they say it stops responding - does the machine hang? – When they press Num lock – does it go on & off? If not, it could be the actual machine.
I had a customer in December that complained about the same scenario & on investigation we found that it was their Epson monitoring software that popped up. This program will then have “Focus” & whatever you scan in 4POS is ignored due to the fact that the 4POSScan window is not active.
On removing this software – the problem was resolved!
