Title: cashup with payouts

I keep getting cashiers complaining about payouts they have not done.
when i check through transactions, there are no payouts. but it shows totals
of payouts on the cashup report.

You will find the details of the payouts under the Sales Dashboard menu in Reporting or on the 4POSScan under the Alternate menu - Alt-F12.

I suspect you are looking at the POS transaction listing which only show sales transactions.
