Title: Payouts error

4pos v13.12 is running multiple payouts on its own everyday.
When you do x reading thats where you notice the payouts.
Please help  :'(

I think you mean your cashier is doing multiple payouts & stealing your money with a smile and a snigger!

A payout is performed by pressing the correct keystrokes - (Default Shift F10) then entering the details of the payouts & the amount. How can 4POS do it automatically?

More importantly - where is the money?????

Come on! You surely aren't serious?

whats happening is that the POS shows the payouts we did, & extra huge figures we dont know about & it distorts our sales. but the backoffice sales dashboard shows accurate figures to the cent. its only when you do x reading for till cashup that you see abnormal payouts.
the cashiers have NO access to payouts.
we started noticing this after we ran the December upgrade
