Title: How do I upload my items from Excel into my 4POS system?

You need an excel speadsheet with your items, Eg:
Barcode(Item number),Description,Department,Cost,Selling,VAT%

-> you need to save it as a csv file. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO COMMA'S in the descriptions!

On your CD / PC you will have a folder 4POSUPGRADES
In 4POSUPGRADES you will have 4POSupload.exe

Match the columes and then click next -> after the insert - check your database.

Hay I tried that but the problem is I can't find 4POSupload.exe in the 4POSUPGRADES file, can you maybe tell me where can I download this?

Good morning. I seem to have the same problem. I can not find the 4POSupload.exe file ANYWHERE on the CD we purchased. Please help

Simply  run the upgrades from the dvd to create the 4POSUpgrades folder on your C drive with everything you need including the 4POSUpload program.
