Thought it wise to share this with everyone......
We are currently using your system for stock purposes and have encountered several errors. When displaying the stock movement summary for a certain period the system still displays and counts items we have deleted off of the system. Why would it do this? Is there any way to rectify it? For eg. under our bakery stock group we have an item listed as chocolate biscotti even though that item has been discontinued off of the system yet it is still showing items in stock and recorded sales for that item for the time period in question. what can I do to rectify this?

Although you disable a product – it does not zeroise the stock as you would suffer financial losses! Imagine a manager disabling a product with stock only to then “remove” the stock from the business!
You need to enable the product again to allow you to do a stock adjustment & make it zero. It cannot be done in the past – only for the current to future reports
