Title: Staff Security Access at POS

Which categories do you use for staff security access at POS. They must not be able to change prices, any categories etc. This is for bar and restaurant staff who must be able to work with debtors (but not create debtors), make payments, do cash ups, X readings etc?

Hi!

I would simply give them access to :

1. Access POS
2. Point of Sale Sales channel.

If you want them to be able to post to debtors / accounts - be careful! A cash sale can be posted to account & the money pocketed....

Definitely no X-readings! They can simply do an X-reading & again keep the balance!

Keep it simple is the easy answer.
