Most important make sure that all your Local disk C -> Is Fully shared with No Firewall's, You can also unshare and apply then re-share just to make sure.
Go to your backoffice -> Store set-up and Security -> Set-up Point Of Sale-> Make sure the correct I.P addresses are in.
It could also be a network problem. Unplug and replug your network back in, or get a network specialist to test for you.
