Firstly you need to have the 4POS and 4CLOCK Software packages installed
You will go to 4POS Backoffice-> Store set-up and Security -> Maintain employee details
If you have a Biometric Finger Reader you would go to a specific employee and click on Finger Print Registration and use a finger that they would be logging in with- If you don't have one you would use a password
