Title: Print transactions

Hey, our print transactions are printing total value of 0.00 even though they are numerous items and pricing on their.? Please help? We using this as a coffee shop. So we can't established gratuity.. Thank you for all the hard work!

As stated over & over....

Ensure your regional settings are set to Decimal point & "," as digit grouping symbol.

This must be done on numbers & currency!

Thank you for the quick response, we've doubled checked even triple checked our settings. They are exactly as required.

Number:

Decimal symbol: .
Digit grouping symbol: ,

Currency:

Decimal symbol: .
No of digits after decimal: 2

If we've missed anything we apologize, but truly appreciate the help.

And the Total on the invoice still shows R0.00 ..

Problem solved after numerous trial and errors and setting changes  :o

What I did was, within my 4POSTOUCH - OPTION MENU - CONTROL - CONTROL+C - Then make sure the Indication is EMPTY on the option called "Don't Print detailed cooking messages" , ours was ticked YES.

Thank you though, for the quick response and help :)

Now our total shows of the receipts.
