99% sure you are running an old version of 4POS.

Do the upgrade

Having same problem. Done the upgrade twice. Backoffice/POS/Domain all correct latest software date. still getting runtime error 9  subscript out of range when starting up the domain controller.

Ensure that your 4POS version on each program is 15.6.xxxx

Win7 / 8 often puts the shortcusts to the user folders which is not updated!

If not sure, run the controller from c:\4posserver\4poscontroller.exe

& all 4POS programs from c:\4pos

Thank you. Sorted. we must have downloaded upgrade for 64bit instead of 32bit. Also DB issue from powercut on dayend. But all working now.
