Title: GRV did not update stock

I loaded a GRV and posted it.
GRV/invoice is shown on my creditors statement
I have printout of GRV

Problem:
Stock quantities was not updated.
GRV does not show as outstanding
GRV does not show in in list if I want to reprint GRV's posted

How do we fix this?

1. Have you loaded a stock movement detail report on the item?
2. Winrar the pricing file & email to support@4pos.co.za - we will have a look but I seriously doubt we will find a bug...

1.  does not appear on the movement report
2.  will send you the files.

I found the problem. Traced the transaction backwards when it happened again

Staff was over eager to post the transactions. They answered no to the question " commit to stock" instead of no to the next question to not create a PO for outstanding items on the delivery.  If I am correct this will add the invoice to the vendor but not update my stock!
