Title: item exchange

hi
A customer buys 2 jackects for R159.90 then she comes back tomorrow she wanna change the size, but i dont have the size that she wants so she decides to take 2 jackets 4 R169.90 so how do i deal with this situation.

Hi

Either way you will do a reversal on the items returned & then a normal sale for the products they are taking.

This will ensure your stock holding stays correct.

When there is then a price difference - up or down the customer will pay in the difference or you will pay them the difference if the new items are cheaper that the return.

You will have to decide if you do allow a refund or not.
