Title: Alphabetical Order 4POS Touch

Hi guys,

Is there any option to set so that 4POS touch stops printing the slips with items in alphabetical order because I need it to print it in the order of which it was rung up.

I am assuming you are referring to the customer slip & not the Kitchen / Remote printer order?

The kitchen order DOES print in the same sequence as you enter it.

Eg. You could tell a story...

Starter - Chicken Livers

Send with main

Mains :

T-Bone
Med-Rare
Chips
No Basting
Cold plate

Dessert :

None

Customer in a rush...

Hi yes I am referring to the Customers Slip is it possible to get that to print in the sequence in which the order is rung up?

No - remember it is called memory billing & used for many type of customers.

The slip will summarize the order to say :

3 x Amstel
6 x Castle
6 x Coke
2 x Espresso

I suggest you set up a Kitchen slip to use then in conjunctions with the customer slip / receipt if you want to repeat the order when handing to the customer.
