Title: 4pos scan not responding

hi
im using 4pos scan, one moment it is working fine, then  when i scan an item  it stop responding the i have to restart it more than three times i order for it to respond. sometimes when i press F10 it freeze so my business is slow today.

The same issue some months ago.
