Title: no default till installed

good day

i need help urgently. I cannot print any of my slips and im trying to change it on ctrl + c then i choose my printer and it defaults back to not installed while my printer drivers is installed. I also have an error mess
age stating no default till is installed.

help please.

To whom it may concern

I have been using 4POS since December 2016.  After the last software update, my till do not open and I get the message that no default printer was installed.  I have followed the advice on this post but am not using 4POS Scan.  Only Touch and Controller.

In touch to configure your printer :

Option Menu - Ctrl-C

Select the printer under Option 3 - set the width smaller than your actual printer to cater for the margins eg. 58mm - set to 52 or 80mm set to 72.

Also click on "Print graphics".

Then on Option 4- select "printer"

Thank you for your fast reply.

I also have a problem with cashing out a transaction - it does not allow me to ENTER after entering the amount tendered. It says I do not have a till drawer
