I have a couple of customers with different agreed discounts (calculated on normal selling price) and staff also get a set % discounts on everything bought in the store.
How do I programme this?
And for the customer, can I create an invoice that is in PDF format?

Please have a look at our video re "Sales Channels"
You can then create your "accounts" to link to a sales channel that can have multiple structures. Eg Food - less 30%, drinks - less 10% etc

This is also the best way to set it up for the new craze called "Black Friday"
Amazing how customers grab this opportunity to possible save a few $$$
